The More Comments screen can be accessed from the Payment Screen, On Screen Account Manager and the Customer Inquiry screens. It is a place you can store extended comments that won’t fit in the regular comments line. The More Comments can hold up to 1.2 GB of text.
You can print the more comments by clicking on the print button.
If you mark the comments as urgent the More Comments screen will come up automatically anytime this customer is pulled up from the Payment, New Sale, New Rental, New Cash Advance, Customer Inquiry and the Print Contract screens.
More Comments is generally used to store info such as account management activity.
