This is usually caused by a due date being way off. Like 2-1-300 instead of 2-1-2000.
This can be caused either when a due date is moved and an extra key is hit like 2-1-300 instead of 2-1-00. This can be caused when data is converted from other software to RTO Pro sometimes the dates may not convert correctly or the date may have been off in the old database.
To fix pull the customer up under Contract Maintenance (Point of Sale option 3) and change the due date to the correct year.
