Error 75 Path / File Access error when running On Screen Account Manager.

Problem : When running the OSAM you get the following error: Error 75 Path / File Access error.

Cause: This is usually caused by Windows not allowing access to a needed file to RTO Pro.

Fix: Reboot your computer, this should fix the problem.
