Problem: Error 91 when running Income and Deposit Report. After pushing F5.

 

Cause: This is caused by the more comments or the service database not being present.

 

Not all stores will have a more comments or a service database, these are created when these functions are used.

 

This error will only come up on versions after 4.3.0 and before 4.3.12.

 

Fix: To correct in RTO Pro pull up a current customer in Payment. Click on the More Comment button. Then goto Inventory Menu > Service Functions> Transfer Out to Service. ESC out and this will fix the problem.

 

Doing the 2 things listed above will create the databases.
