Minimum System Requirements:
Any computer that will run Windows XP, Vista or Server 2003 (the faster the better but there is no speed requirement)
Windows XP, Vista or Server 2003
Windows Screen Area (resolution) of at least 1024x768
512MB recommended for Windows XP and Vista 512MB is minimum and at least 1GB is recommended.
200MB Free Hard Disk Space. (during installation only about 50MB are used but you will need room for all the data that you will be storing, 200MB should hold about 30 years worth of data.)
A Backup device such as an external USB Hard Drive or USB Thumb Drive or something similar is recommended.
A UPS or Uninterrupted Power Supply is recommended.
At least a 17" monitor is recommended due to the 1024x768 resolution required.
Printers:
A Receipt Printer such as an Star TSP100 or Star TSP700 is recommended for receipts. (We sell receipt printers, call 800-351-6299 for current prices or to order)
A Laser or Deskjet type printer is recommended for reports, invoices and contracts. (We do not sell these as they are widely available a good, inexpensive laser printer is a Brother HL-1440)
