If you are a new customer and pay by Echeck or check by phone your order will not ship until the payment has cleared. This normally takes 3 to 4 days.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and "Checks by Phone".
Most other software companies lock you in to their perpetual monthly leasing plans. With RTO Pro you have a choice, you can purchase a license to RTO Pro and have the right to use RTO Pro in your licensed locations forever without any perpetual monthly fees. We also have a leasing plan available for only $75.00 a month which includes unlimited support and upgrades. RTO Pro was designed to be affordable for even the smallest Rental Purchase operations. Financing for approved businesses is also available.
Support
90 days support and upgrades are FREE with the purchase of RTO Pro, after 90 days there are 2 options.
1. Gold Support Plan: $50.00 per month or $450.00 per year, per store, Includes unlimited Toll Free Support and free Upgrades. If you lease RTO Pro the gold support plan is included.
2. Pay as you go: $50.00 per support incident (up to 15 minutes $50.00 per 1/2 hour after 15 minutes)
Upgrades for Non-Gold Support Customers: Prices for upgrades will vary depending on how long it has been since your last upgrade. If more than 6 months since last upgrade purchase: $599.00 w/30 days of support or $750.00 w/6 months of support. If less than 6 months since last upgrade purchase: $299.00 w/30 days of support or $450.00 w/6 months of support.
In Store Training
RTO Pro is very user friendly, however if you wish to have in store setup and training for your personnel the rate is $300.00 per day plus expenses. RTO Pro is so easy to use 1 day of training is usually all that is needed.
Online Training
Online training is available via Livemeeting for $75.00 1st hour and $50.00 each additional hour. The training can be attended by as many employees as you like and the training can last as long as you like (2 hours sessions are common). You can specify what we go over with you during the training.
