
This demonstration video goes through the steps to install the Hiro H50113 USB modem in Windows Vista.
The Hiro H50113 is an inexpensive (around $25.00 at tigerdirect.com) USB voice modem that works well with the Automated Collections Module.

The steps to install the driver:
Attach the Hiro Modem to a USB port, Windows will install drivers for it automatically but the drivers installed do not support voice functions so follow the rest of the directions to update the driver.
Open Device Manager (from control panel or right click on Computer then click Manage then double click Device Manager)
Double click on Modems, then right click on the "Agere Systems USB 2.0 Soft Modem" and choose Update Driver (When the Hiro H50113 is installed this is what it is named, Agere is the chipset maker for this Hiro modem)
Click on "Browse my computer for driver software"
Choose "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
Click "Have disk"
Click "Browse"
Select agmuv32 from the file folder you downloaded from our website or you can download from here, http://www.hiroinc.com/2008/Driver/H50113/H50113_vista.zip
Click "OK"
You will find only one modem under " Install new modem", click on next
