Overdue Customer List Report Definition

Below are the definitions for the highlighted sections on the sample report below.

(1). Total of accounts, number of accounts past due, and past due accounts shown as percentage of total.

(2). Total of contracts, number of contracts past due, and past due contracts shown as percentage of total.

(3). Total of items on BOR, number of BOR items past due, and past due BOR items shown as percentage of total.

(4). Range of how many days late a contract or BOR item is, and how many contracts/BOR items included in each range.

(5). Total of past due balances. This is the balance of all agreements included in this report, it includes tax, it does not include any other charges due.

(6). Which customer zones / routes are included in report.

(7). Amount of customers in each zone.

(8). Amount of late (overdue) customers in each zone.

(9). Percentage of overdue customers in each zone.

(10). The percentage of all late customers each zone represents. The late number per zone divided by the total number of late customers.
